11:00 - 1:00	US teachers breakout a. Overview of Partner Handbook (20 min) b. Presentation on journals (20 min) US teachers break into smaller groups, by country or region; Discussions (Teaching In…) facilitated by alumni and program staff
11:00 - 12:00	Administrators meet with Fulbright staff Policies for host schools receiving an international teacher Recommendations for sharing school policies, curriculum guidelines, and school-district policies with grantees; role of the mentor; staff communication with schools during the exchange; relations with home school with U.S. teacher abroad. Questions host administrators may have about the program The Fulbright Administrator Program
11:00 - 12:00	Year-end wrap-up for International Teachers How the exchange went, sharing your experience at home, and alumni info
12:00 - 1:00	International teachers join host school administrators Grantee recommendations to host schools for welcoming the international teacher
